Your Role & Impact

As a Dietary Aide, you are a key part of our kitchen team, ensuring our residents receive fresh, high-quality meals that support their recovery and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Meal Preparation: Weigh, measure, and mix ingredients with precision and care.
  • Culinary Support: Prepare and cook meals according to specific dietary restrictions and resident needs.
  • Artful Presentation: Arrange and garnish dishes to ensure meals look as appetizing as they taste.
  • Quality Control: Inspect all ingredients to ensure peak freshness and safety standards.
  • Kitchen Stewardship: Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen environment, including equipment maintenance.
