Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
- Complete timely and accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident progress.
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy programs and safety recommendations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe therapy environment.
Qualifications
- Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in good standing.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
