Your Role & Responsibilities

• Personalized Care: Deliver high-quality, compassionate care tailored to our residents' needs.
• Clinical Observation: Monitor resident status and provide clear, timely updates to supervisors.
• Responsiveness: Respond promptly to call lights with a helpful and positive attitude.
• Coordination: Assist with the smooth transition of admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Daily Support: Support mealtime logistics and maintain an efficient department flow.

Qualifications

• Licensure: Must hold a current, valid California CNA License.
• Advocacy: A genuine passion for patient advocacy and improving the quality of life for our residents.
