Your Role & Creative Impact
As an Activity Assistant, you will work closely with the Activity Director to bring our program to life:
- Engage & Inspire: Assist in running a creative and interactive activities program designed to meet the unique interests and needs of each resident.
- Holistic Support: Ensure that activities address the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs of our residents in accordance with their comprehensive assessments.
- Compliance & Excellence: Maintain high standards of care by following all federal, state, and local guidelines to ensure our program remains top-tier.
- Build Connections: Develop meaningful relationships with residents through group games, arts and crafts, music, and one-on-one visits.
- Collaboration: Work as part of a dedicated team to foster a welcoming and lively atmosphere throughout the facility.

Qualifications
