Activity Director (Full-Time)
Victorian Post Acute
Pay: $27-$30 per hour

Job Summary
Victorian Post Acute is seeking a full-time Activity Director to lead and manage our Activities Program. You will create engaging programs that support residents' physical, mental, and social well-being.

What You'll Do

• Plan and manage daily and monthly activity programs
• Organize group activities, outings, and in-room options
• Encourage resident participation in hobbies and social events
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines
• Document resident participation and progress
• Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and discharge planning
• Coordinate transportation for outings and appointments
• Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives
• Support survey readiness and compliance efforts

Leadership Responsibilities

• Assist with supervising and supporting activity staff
• Help maintain a positive and organized team environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Passion for working with seniors
