Verde Property Services - Manager of Fleet

Duties: - Oversee the daily operations of the fleet departments. - Develop and manage annual budgets for fleet operations. - Ensure timely and cost-effective maintenance and repair of vehicles and fleet operations. - Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of assets. - Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to fleet. - Manage vendor relationships and negotiate service contracts. - Conduct regular safety and compliance audits of fleet. - Develop and maintain documentation and records for fleet management. - Provide leadership and training to fleet staff. - Coordinate with other departments to support overall company goals and initiatives.
