Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Part-Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our clinical team. This position offers flexible weekday scheduling with variable shifts, ideal for nurses seeking work-life balance while still making an impact in resident care. The RN will oversee clinical care, support LVNs and CNAs, and help ensure residents receive the highest standard of nursing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with resident care plans and facility policy
• Assess resident conditions, respond to changes, and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Supervise and support LVNs, CNAs, and other care staff
• Ensure accurate, timely documentation following regulatory and facility guidelines
• Promote a positive, respectful, and team-oriented environment

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered California RN license
• Previous experience in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, or long-term care preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Compassionate communication and resident-centered approach
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
