Responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality nursing care in accordance with each resident's care plan
• Administer medications and treatments accurately
• Monitor resident conditions and report changes promptly
• Document care in compliance with regulations and facility standards
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Provide leadership and support to CNAs and other staff

Qualifications

• Active California RN license
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced care environment
• Experience in skilled nursing or long‑term care preferred but not required
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, resident‑centered care
