Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain accurate patient therapy schedules.
• Create, update, and format detailed data reports.
• Organize and track department documentation and files.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to patients and families.
• Assist clinical staff with daily administrative operations.
• Assist therapist with rx as necessary

Required Qualifications

• Organization: Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excel: Expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Reporting: Direct experience creating detailed data reports.
• Service: Proven background in customer service roles.

Preferred Qualifications

• Scheduling: Prior experience managing complex appointment calendars.
