Vasona Creek Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic short-term rehabilitation team. We are committed to helping patients regain strength, skills, and confidence to return to their highest level of function after recovering from conditions like joint replacement, cardiac events, and stroke. Our facility features a new state-of-the-art therapy room!

We offer specialized programs, including Acute Neuro Rehab, Aquatic Pool Therapy, and Pain Management, providing a wide range of treatment options for patients. Additionally, we provide personalized laptops to facilitate fast and efficient documentation.
