Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Full-Time

Pay: $40-$45 per hour
Shift: AM Shift
Schedule: 4 On / 2 Off

Key Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Monitor and document resident conditions, communicating changes promptly
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, therapists, and other team members
• Support residents and families with empathy, respect, and professionalism
• Maintain compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations

Qualifications

• Current California LVN license in good standing
• Current CPR certification
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous skilled nursing or long‑term care experience preferred, but not required
