Your Role & Responsibilities:

As a CNA at Valley Pointe, you are the heart of our resident care. Your daily impact includes:

• Quality of Life: Assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) and engaging them in daily activities.
• Clinical Support: Taking and recording vital signs and assisting nurses in implementing personalized care plans.
• Documentation: Providing accurate and timely documentation of the high-quality care you provide.
• Patient Advocacy: Ensuring resident needs and desires are met quickly, appropriately, and with a smile.

Qualifications

• A valid, current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) License in California.
