Shift: AM | 7: 00 AM - 7: 00 PM
Schedule: 3 days on / 3 days off rotation
Pay Range: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour, DOE

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering and overseeing high-quality nursing care, supervising clinical staff, and ensuring resident safety and well-being in accordance with physician orders and regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and supervise LVNs and CNAs to ensure safe and effective care delivery
• Provide direct nursing care by initiating and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Initiate and manage IV therapy, perform blood draws, and administer injections as needed
• Monitor residents' conditions using sound clinical judgment and intervene appropriately
• Complete resident admissions and discharges as assigned
• Communicate changes in resident condition to physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Maintain ongoing communication with residents and families regarding care plans and status

Requirements:

• Active and valid California Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Must have prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills
• Ability to effectively supervise and support nursing staff
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
