🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the rehab department with a focus on quality outcomes and team development
• Oversee therapy services across all disciplines (except PTA)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure patient-centered care
• Monitor compliance, documentation, and productivity standards
• Mentor and support your team to grow professionally and thrive

✅ What We're Looking For

• Licensed OT, COTA, PT, or SLP in the state of California
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• A passion for patient care and team empowerment
