Your Impact & Responsibilities:

As an RN at Tice Valley, you will be the backbone of our clinical excellence during the PM shift.

  • Patient Assessment: Monitor conditions and assess needs to provide individualized care and expert advice.
  • Clinical Communication: Observe and interpret symptoms, ensuring clear and timely communication with physicians.
  • Care Planning: Collaborate with the medical team to devise and implement personalized care plans for every resident.
  • Core Procedures: Perform routine clinical procedures (vital signs, injections, wound care) and maintain meticulous charting and documentation.


Requirements:

  • Licensure: Current, valid California Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required).
  • Mindset: A team player who is dedicated to patient safety and quality of life.
  • Skills: Strong clinical judgment and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced post-acute setting.
