Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
• Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
• Collaborate with nursing staff and rehabilitation team members
• Educate residents, families, and caregivers
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Support discharge planning and continuity of care

Qualifications

• Current California COTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to resident-centered care
