Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
- Assist residents in improving daily living skills and functional independence
- Collaborate with nursing staff and rehabilitation team members
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support discharge planning and continuity of care
Qualifications
- Current California COTA license
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
