Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistants (COTAs) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. Responsibilities
  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of an Occupational Therapist
  • Help residents improve activities of daily living and functional independence
  • Collaborate with nursing staff and interdisciplinary rehabilitation team members
  • Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapeutic strategies
  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates to the supervising OT
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Assist with discharge planning and continuity of care


Qualifications
  • Current California COTA license in good standing
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
