Tiburon Hills Care Center is looking for compassionate, dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our NOC shift team! If you're someone who brings heart to your work, thrives in a supportive environment, and takes pride in caring for seniors, we'd love to meet you.

Position: CNA - NOC Shift (Overnight)

💰 Pay Range: $24-$28/hr (based on experience)

⭐ What You'll Do

As a CNA on NOC shift, you'll play a key role in keeping residents safe, comfortable, and cared for overnight by providing:

• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Safe transfers and mobility support
• Vital signs and timely documentation
• Prompt response to call lights and resident needs
• Support with comfort, safety checks, and nighttime routines
• Teamwork with nurses and staff to maintain excellent resident care

✅ What We're Looking For

• Current California CNA certification (required)
• Reliable, patient, and kind—especially during overnight hours
• Ability to work well under pressure while staying calm and professional
• Strong communication and a team-first attitude
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience is a plus (but not required)
