💉 What You'll Be Doing: - Greet and welcome patients, clients, and other visitors.
- Check visitors in and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
- Assist the admissions team with various tasks.
- Provide general administrative and clerical support and assist other departments as needed.
- Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls.
- Maintain and tidy the reception area.
- Be a steady, supportive presence for residents—because your care matters.
🩺 What We're Looking For: - Great customer service skills and a welcoming and positive demeanor.
- Ability to multi task and maintain composure.
- 1 year experience working in skilled nursing or a hospital, preferred.
- Prior experience in reception or related field, preferred.
- Experience using phone systems, printers/copiers, computer applications, preferred.
- Excellent communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- A heart for serving others and a commitment to compassionate care.
