Position SummaryAs a CNA at The Pines, you will provide
routine daily nursing care and support services to residents in accordance with individualized care plans. You'll play a vital role in promoting resident comfort, dignity, safety, and overall well-being while working closely with nurses and interdisciplinary staff.
Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding)
- Measure and record vital signs, intake/output, and resident observations
- Respond promptly to resident needs and call lights
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation per facility policies
- Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff
- Support admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Maintain a clean, safe, and calm resident environment
- Uphold resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality at all times
- Collaborate with team members to deliver high-quality care
Qualifications- Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the State of California
- CPR preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and motivated attitude
- Ability to follow care plans, policies, and procedures
