Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is partnering with a school district in Galt, California, to hire school credentialed registered nurses. Qualifications:

• California School RN License
• California School Nurse Services Credential - SNSC
• American Heart Association BLS
• Minimum of 1 year of prior nursing experience in a school or pediatric setting

School Credentialed Health Office RN Contract Details:

• $50.75 - $54.70 per hour
• Schedule follows the school district calendar
• Credentialed RN will see students on an as-needed basis in the school health office
• Nurse will be working in collaboration with the school interdisciplinary team and student guardian(s) to promote physical and emotional safety and wellness

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing healthcare to students with acute or chronic health problems
• Conduct screenings and write referrals for health services or treatment
• Maintaining Student Records while complying with state and federal screenings
• Promoting education and wellness initiatives
