Job Description:

Supplemental Health Care is currently hiring LVNs for Home Health contracts in Napa, California, and the surrounding areas. Local or travel, we want to connect you with assignments that fuel the miracles within your life.

Home Health Nurse Contract Details:

• $1, 800 - $1, 999 per week*
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• LVN will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• *Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:

• Medicare Certified Agency Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current California Nursing License
• Valid U.S. Driver's License
