Position Overview - Dietary Aide

As a Dietary Aide, you play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being. You will assist with meal preparation, service, and sanitation while helping ensure a safe, clean, and efficient kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas
• Sanitize dishes, utensils, and cookware
• Monitor and document dish machine temperatures
• Prepare breakfast trays and beverages, including juice and milk
• Assist with meal service
• Prepare snacks and nourishments as needed
• Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Sweep, mop, and assist with stocking and putting away groceries
• Report any resident concerns or observations to leadership
