Are you a compassionate and motivated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) who is passionate about helping others regain independence and confidence in their daily lives? Sunrise Post Acute is seeking a dedicated COTA to join our collaborative rehabilitation team.

Responsibilities

As a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant, you will:
  • Work under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist to implement treatment plans
  • Assist residents in improving their ability to perform activities of daily living
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary care team
  • Bring encouragement, creativity, and compassion to each therapy session
Qualifications
  • Current California COTA license
  • Passion for patient-centered care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
