Rehab Aide (Non‑Licensed) - Full Time | $20-$25/hr + Benefits

Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute - Sunnyvale, CA

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking an energetic and dependable Full-Time Rehab Aide to support our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare, therapy, or rehabilitation who thrives in a fast‑paced, resident‑centered environment.

Position Details

• Role: Rehab Aide (Non‑Licensed)
• Status: Full-Time (benefitted)
• Compensation: $20-$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Department: Rehabilitation Services

Responsibilities

• Assist therapists with setting up treatment areas and preparing equipment
• Transport residents to and from therapy sessions safely and efficiently
• Support therapists with non-clinical tasks during treatment sessions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of therapy gym and equipment
• Manage inventory, supplies, and light clerical/administrative duties
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, families, and staff

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Prior rehab aide experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed
• Strong organization, communication, and teamwork skills
• Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused attitude
