Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Part Time | NOC Shift | $40-$45/hr

Location: Sunnyvale Post Acute - Sunnyvale, CA

Sunnyvale Post Acute is seeking compassionate, reliable Part-Time Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our dedicated clinical team. We are a resident-focused skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care and creating a supportive environment for both staff and residents.

Position Details

• Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Schedule: Part-time; various days available across the week
• Shift: NOC Shift (Overnight)
• Compensation: $40-$45 per hour, based on experience

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care in accordance with the resident care plan
• Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident health
• Document assessments, interventions, and observations per facility policies
• Build strong, supportive relationships with residents and their families

What We're Looking For

• Current, valid California LVN license
• Current CPR/BLS certification
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and reliability
• A positive, resident-centered attitude
