Position Overview
- Role: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
- Schedule: Full-Time, AM Shift
- Compensation: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour (depending on experience)
- Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality nursing care to residents according to individual care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner.
- Monitor, record, and report changes in resident conditions to physicians and families.
- Complete accurate and timely electronic documentation (EMR).
- Supervise and guide Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) on shift.
- Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
- Current BLS/CPR certification.
- Previous experience in post-acute care, skilled nursing, or long-term care preferred.
- Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary clinical team.
