Key Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate nursing care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the interdisciplinary care team
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely
• Collaborate with a supportive and team-oriented staff
• Maintain timely, accurate, and thorough clinical documentation

Qualifications

• Active LVN license in good standing
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience in post-acute or long-term care is preferred, but not required
