Your Daily Impact

• Personalized Care: Observe and report on resident status and needs, ensuring every individual receives attentive and dignified care.
• Responsive Support: Be the first to answer call lights and attend to resident requests with a positive and helpful attitude.
• Clinical Transitions: Assist the nursing team with the smooth handling of admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Nutrition Support: Help serve meals and manage meal tray distribution, ensuring residents receive proper nutrition and a pleasant dining experience.
• Safety & Advocacy: Act as the "eyes and ears" of the clinical team, reporting pertinent information to supervisors to ensure resident safety.

Qualifications

• Current, valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in California.
• A passion for working with the geriatric population.
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to being a team player.
