Front Desk Supervisor at Carmel Beach Hotel

As Front Desk Supervisor, youll play a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience at Carmel Beach Hotel. Youll participate in the daily flow of hotel operations, working across Front Desk, Housekeeping, Bell/Valet, Maintenance, and Breakfast Service to ensure every detail reflects our commitment to outstanding hospitality. From managing reservations and room assignments to overseeing cashiering, lobby presentation, room merchandising, and service and safety standards, youll help create a seamless and welcoming experience for every guest. Youll take pride in resolving guest concerns with professionalism and care, keeping communication flowing between shifts, and helping each department work together as one team. Working closely with the Hotel Manager, youll help bring our service and safety standards to life, support an efficient and engaged team, and make a meaningful impact on the day-to-day success of the hotel. Key Responsibilities: Maximize and ensure guest satisfaction.Involved and active in hotel operations and supervises to ensure that service is effective and meets standards.Work as Front Desk agent and assumes all Front Desk agent responsibilities.Ensures daily checklists are completed by staff and closing reports are thorough and accurate.Maintain a teamwork orientation toward and among co-workers.Perform all general front hotel department procedures in an exemplary manner.Ensure departmental standards are implemented and maintained.Ensure the hotel departments receive thorough training on all aspects of their job duties.
