What You'll Do
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
- Deliver skilled therapy in a post-acute setting
- Support safe, efficient, and successful discharges
- Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
What You Bring
- Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Positive, team-first attitude
