What You'll Do

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve strength, mobility, balance, and overall function
• Deliver skilled therapy in a post-acute setting
• Support safe, efficient, and successful discharges
• Collaborate closely with nursing and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

What You Bring

• Active California Physical Therapist license (required)
• Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (not required)
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Positive, team-first attitude
