Responsibilities:
- Accompany residents to outside medical appointments
- Provide companionship and support during transport and appointments
- Communicate professionally with healthcare providers and facility staff
- Assist with appointment paperwork and basic coordination
- Help ensure residents arrive safely and on time
- Maintain resident dignity, comfort, and confidentiality at all times
Qualifications:
- No certification or licensure required
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Reliable transportation record and punctuality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm, organized, and professional
- Experience working with seniors or in healthcare is a plus, but not required
