CNA ResponsibilitiesAs a CNA, you will provide direct daily care to residents in accordance with individualized care plans and facility policies, including:
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Measuring and recording vital signs and reporting changes in condition
- Supporting residents with meals, hydration, and post-meal care
- Maintaining clean, safe, and organized resident rooms
- Escorting residents during admissions, transfers, and discharges
- Responding promptly to call lights and resident needs
- Documenting care accurately in charts, notes, and flow sheets
- Following all privacy, infection control, and safety procedures
- Reporting incidents, concerns, or equipment issues immediately
- Participating in shift reports and team communication
- Supporting restorative and rehabilitative programs as directed
Qualifications- Current California CNA certification
- Compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Commitment to maintaining resident dignity, safety, and quality care
