Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services under the supervision of a licensed OT
- Carry out treatment plans designed to help residents achieve functional goals
- Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility training
- Document resident progress and maintain accurate records
- Work closely with an interdisciplinary care team to ensure the best outcomes
Qualifications
- Current California COTA license
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Team-oriented and committed to high-quality resident care
- Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred (new grads welcome to apply)
