Description:

Location Manager – Part-Time - FAT Fresno-Yosemite International Airport, CA (evenings)

$19.51 - $20.51 / hour

If fitness location work, an additional $25.00 per hour with mileage reimbursement.

This position is eligible for $5 a month paid for monthly cellular phone allowance.

Weekly hours will average 2 - 3 three hour shifts a week - evening/night hours and will work in and outside the Fresno, CA area.

Must be available weekends and holidays as needed

This job offers a fast-paced environment and flexible schedule all in an exciting atmosphere. The Locker Manager is responsible for the cart units and massage chairs, keep equipment clean and in working order.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manually move carts throughout the airport with emphasis on the international arrivals area. Return carts back into the secure Federal Inspection Area daily.
  • Clean carts and cart rental units as needed.
  • General customer service to assist passengers navigating throughout the airport as performing primary job functions.
  • Possess strong innate work habits and perform the job in an honest, reliable, and professional manner.
  • Effectively communicate with peers, maintenance and management to improve business operations.
  • Adaptable to operational change.
  • Other duties as assigned by management

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Six month successful work experience (unless currently a student).
  • Ability to pass state, federal (FAA), Homeland Security clearance requirements and reference checks.
  • Open scheduling availability required, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong customer service and mathematical comprehension, highly desired.
  • Displays confidence and competence in fast-paced environment.
  • Comfortable speaking to the general public.

CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES

  • Ability to be airport badged required
  • Valid Driver License required

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Lift 40 lbs.
  • Push/pull up to 75 lbs. to move 15 carts simultaneously
  • Walk & stand for duration of shift
  • Able to withstand undesirable weather conditions (wind, rain, extreme temperatures up to 115 degrees)
