Position Summary:

The CNA provides essential support to our nursing team by assisting residents with daily living activities and ensuring their comfort and safety. You will play a critical role in maintaining dignity, respect, and quality of life for each resident.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Take and record vital signs, weights, and other measurements
• Observe and report changes in residents' conditions to the nursing staff
• Assist with mobility, positioning, and range-of-motion exercises
• Maintain clean and safe resident environments
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure proper documentation and follow care plans
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs

Qualifications:

• Valid CNA certification in the state of California
• CPR certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
• Previous experience in long-term care preferred, but not required
• Ability to communicate clearly and compassionately
• Reliable, team-oriented, and dedicated to quality care
