Schedule: PRN (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Shadelands Post Acute is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist (PT) to join our exceptional in-house therapy team. This PRN opportunity is ideal for clinicians seeking flexibility, competitive pay, and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to maximize function and independence
• Supervise PTAs and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in care planning and discharge preparation
• Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

• Current California Physical Therapist (PT) license
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Weekend availability preferred
