Key Responsibilities:
- Provide skilled nursing care and clinical oversight for residents
- Conduct assessments, administer medications & treatments
- Supervise and support CNAs and nursing staff on shift
- Ensure compliance with care plans, facility policies & state/federal regulations
- Maintain accurate documentation and promptly report changes in resident condition
- Assist with admissions, transfers, discharges & incident reports
- Promote a positive, safe, and caring environment
- Current CA RN license in good standing
- Prior SNF/long-term care experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication & clinical skills
- Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
