Description:

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $133, 600 - $200, 400 per year. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors, including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Low Voltage Contractor Channel Sales Manager (Electrical Distribution Team)

Role Overview:

Join our dynamic Electrical Channel Sales team and play a critical role in driving business growth through low voltage contractor partnerships. This position is responsible for expanding our contractor-focused Electrical distribution network, strengthening field relationships, and accelerating revenue through strategic collaboration and hands-on engagement.

What You Will Do
  • Drive sales performance by managing and supporting low voltage contractor accounts across multiple market segments through regular field engagement
  • Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with electrical and low voltage contractors, integrators, and distributors (Graybar, Wesco/Anixter, Accu-Tech)
  • Conduct impactful product demonstrations, sales presentations, and contractor training sessions to improve product adoption and job-site success. Work also with third party organizations like BICSI to build meaningful education campaigns
  • Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase contractor loyalty, expand market presence, and achieve revenue objectives
  • Build, maintain, and continuously expand a high-performing contractor ecosystem while identifying new growth opportunities within the territory (work collaboratively with local Secure Power Field Sales Team)
  • Maintain Contractor onboarding process and rebate program tracking (working cross functionally with marketing and sales operations)
  • Work closely with Marketing team on MDF investment in high ROI Account initiatives (SKOs, customer and business development events, promotions, and more)
  • Build rapport also with consultant community who help to influence project specification
