Description:
This is your chance to lead change as the Distribution Center Leader at our Chino, CA facility, driving process improvement and automation while cultivating a versatile team.
In this role, you will oversee daily operations at a Distribution Centers, encompassing 130, 000 sq. ft. of warehouse You'll engage with key stakeholders from Schneider Electric's Global Supply Chain teams, including Transportation, End-to-End Control Tower, and Supply Chain Planning.
What will you do?
• Manage a team comprised of Safety, Quality, Customer Satisfaction, Operations & Logistics Engineering
• Act Like Owner! Manage DC operations to achieve the Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets through action plans and regular reviews spanning
• Program Management and Implementation: Oversee the execution of large-scale and highly complex transformation initiatives. Design the overall governance model for high priority programs and monitor the progress, milestones, and budgets to ensure successful implementation. Effectively communicate and align cross-BU teams around the strategic growth initiatives.
• Drive automation within the Logistics Organization as a project Manager (Overall coordination / Vendor Management / IT software integration / Solution commissioning / Transition management
• Drive optimization of warehouse processes through improvement on productivity and efficiency as automation solution will have to be integrated in End-to-End warehouse operations
• Develop innovative solutions around digitization and sustainability to support the optimization of the operations and future proof of the warehouse
• Validate Warehouse capacity planning in alignment with Sales, Inventory, Operations Planning teams
• Drive people engagement, focused on a diverse and inclusive team environment
• Build strong local logistics competencies in the local team to drive innovation and agility
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure seamless adoption of new project management processes and tools.
• Benchmark and continuously improve processes, standards, and tools based on best practices and industry trends

For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $168, 800 - $253, 200 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.
The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Schneider Electric also offers a comprehensive benefits package to support our employees, inclusive of medical (with member reward points), dental, vision, and basic life insurance, Benefit Bucks (credits to apply towards your benefits) flexible work arrangements, paid family leaves, 401(k) + match, well-being and recognition (including service anniversary) programs, 12 holidays per year, 20 days of paid time off per year (pro-rated in the first year of employment based on start date), opportunity to purchase company stock (eligibility depends on start date), and military leave benefits.
What qualifications will make you successful?
• Bachelor's Degree
• 8+ Years of progressive experience in Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics Warehouse experience utilizing digital technologies and innovation
• Strong people manager and talent developer Proven experience in a strategic role, preferably in business transformation or digital initiatives.
• A strong dedication and demonstrated history of achieving outstanding safety, quality, and compliance results.
• Strong analytical and technical skills required to understand business practices and recommend & problem solve proper automation opportunities
• Lean manufacturing experience
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools
• Experience with Manhattan, SAP, Oracle or other planning software packages
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for effective interface with all internal and external contacts. Proven ability to work in a team environment between the functions of Operations, Customer Experience, Sales, Marketing, and Finance, and interact regularly with senior management regarding goals and accomplishments
• A self-motivated and influential change agent with experience leading continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives
• Energetic, flexible, collaborative and proactive team leader who welcomes challenges
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• High proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint
