Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing therapy team. Whether you're looking for full-time or part-time, this is your opportunity to work in a supportive environment where your expertise directly impacts patients' recovery and quality of life.

What You'll Do: - Evaluate patients within 24 hours (or 1 business day) of referral
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy services in accordance with physician orders
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants as applicable
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams on patient progress and care plans
- Participate in care conferences, utilization review, and rehab meetings
- Complete accurate and timely documentation (evaluations, daily notes, progress reports)
- Educate patients, families, and staff on therapy plans and discharge needs
- Assist with discharge planning and caregiver training
- Provide in-service training and support ongoing staff development
What We're Looking For: - Master's or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current California SLP license (or eligibility) in good standing
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
- Experience in skilled nursing or post-acute care preferred
Additional Requirements: - Maintain compliance with state practice acts and facility policies
- Meet continuing education requirements
- Proficiency with EMR systems (e.g., Net Health, PointClickCare, Casamba) is a plus
