Santa Rosa Post Acute is Hiring Part-Time Occupational Therapists (OTs)!

Pay: $65-$70/hr

Santa Rosa Post Acute is looking for compassionate, motivated Occupational Therapists to join our dedicated rehab team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about helping patients regain independence and improve their quality of life, we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do:
  • Evaluate and treat patients to improve functional independence
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members
  • Educate patients and families on treatment plans and progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation


What We're Looking For:
  • Current California Occupational Therapist license
  • Strong clinical and communication skills
  • A team player with a positive, compassionate approach
  • Experience in a skilled nursing or post-acute setting preferred
