Position Summary
Santa Cruz Post Acute is seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Dietary Aide to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting nutrition services for our residents while ensuring a clean and pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with meal preparation and tray assembly according to dietary plans
- Serve meals and deliver trays to residents in a timely manner
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures
- Clean dishes, kitchen equipment, and dining areas
- Stock and organize kitchen supplies
- Provide courteous and respectful interaction with residents and staff
Qualifications
- Previous dietary, food service, or healthcare experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Passion for providing excellent service to residents
