Position Summary
We are seeking dedicated and caring Full-Time Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team. The CNA provides hands‑on care, assists residents with daily activities, and supports licensed nursing staff to ensure a safe, clean, and supportive environment for all residents.
Pay & Benefits
- Minimum starting rate: $21.50 hour (higher DOE)

Available Shifts
- Day, Evening, and Night shifts
- Rotating weekends
- Additional hours may be available
Key Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Provide compassionate, patient-centered care while preserving dignity and independence.
- Record vital signs, weights, and other observations as directed.
- Assist with meal service and hydration support.
- Maintain clean, safe resident rooms and common areas.
- Observe and report any changes in resident condition to nursing staff promptly.
- Follow all infection control and safety procedures.
- Support nursing team with assigned clinical and non-clinical tasks.
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Strong communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and resident-focused
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced care environment
- Must pass background check and meet health screening requirements
