Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: San Joaquin, Bakersfield, CA

Responsibilities:
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
  • Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Provide education and support to residents and their families.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
  • Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Requirements:
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred, but not required.
