Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Location: San Joaquin, Bakersfield, CA
Responsibilities: - Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for residents in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to changes in condition.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Provide education and support to residents and their families.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care and observations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents and staff.
Requirements: - Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in California.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care facility preferred, but not required.
