Pay: Starting $58-60 per hour, DOE
Duties:
- Evaluate patients' physical and mental abilities and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct therapy sessions focusing on activities of daily living and work-related tasks.
- Monitor and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach.
