San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute is seeking a skilled and compassionate Part-Time Treatment Nurse to join our clinical team. This position plays a vital role in providing high-quality wound care and treatment services to our residents in a skilled nursing setting.

Pay Range: $30-$33 per hour, DOE
Schedule: Part-Time
Location: San Jacinto Valley Post-Acute
Key Responsibilities:

• Provide wound care and treatment services in accordance with physician orders and care plans
• Perform wound assessments, dressing changes, and accurate documentation
• Monitor wound healing progress and report changes or concerns promptly
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support optimal resident outcomes
• Ensure compliance with infection control practices and regulatory standards
• Educate nursing staff on proper treatment and wound care protocols
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical records

Qualifications:

• Current and active California nursing license (LVN or RN, as applicable)
• Prior experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
• Skilled nursing or long-term care experience strongly preferred
• Strong assessment, organization, and communication skills
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care
