Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
- Assist residents in improving mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence.
- Accurately document treatments and resident progress.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to achieve optimal resident outcomes.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory and documentation standards.
Qualifications
- Current California Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) license.
- Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for providing exceptional patient-centered care.
