Position Overview

As an LVN, you will play an essential role in supporting resident health and well-being while collaborating with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams. This position requires flexibility to work various shifts based on facility needs.

Schedule Requirements
  • Part-Time Flexible position


Key Responsibilities
  • Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely resident documentation and medical records.
  • Conduct daily rounds and monitor resident conditions.
  • Communicate changes in resident status to the nursing and healthcare team.
  • Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge planning.
  • Support quality care initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.


Qualifications
  • Active California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license required.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork.
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute care experience preferred but not required.
